When are you open?
We’re open Wed–Sat 3–9 PM · Sun 1–7 PM. Hours can change for holidays and events, so check our Instagram before a special trip.
Do you serve food?
Food trucks pull up most days. See who’s coming on the Events page, or check our Instagram for today’s truck.
Is Koobrew 21 and over?
Yes. Everyone needs to be 21 or over, and we check ID.
What are botanicals?
Our take on the Japanese chu-hai: real juice and real botanicals, no preservatives. Lighter than a cocktail, more interesting than a seltzer. See them all on the Botanicals page.
What does “vinyl only” mean?
Every song in the room plays from a record. No playlists, no streaming. Guest selectors spin on some nights; see who’s on the decks on the Events page.
Can I DJ or bring my food truck?
We’d love to hear from you. Send your details on the Vend or spin page and Koo will get back to you.
Can I book the room for a private event?
Yes. Birthdays, team nights, launches and more. Send a request on the Private events page.
